Lisa Mitchell: Tyson had TPLO surgery. We were very pleased with his care during his stay. The vet tech, Tammy, sent us pictures and helped with my concerns about his overnight stay.. Extremely pleased with how everything turned out with dog.

Mary Skaggs: Yesterday Dr. Bates and Megan made a house call for our dog, Girlie. It is amazing to watch them work. We have so much respect for Dr. Bates and his staff. He is always professional. He shows as much respect and caring for our animals as we do. In our travels throughout the United States, we have had to take our pets to other veterinarians, none of the other doctors we have met can compare to Dr. Bates. He is the best! We are very lucky to have him practicing in the Imperial, MO area.
Gayle Henrickson: We think you are all awesome and we are so comfortable leaving Sam's care in your hands. First we fell in love with your lodging staff. Now we have experienced the veterinarian component. So helpful, so many smiles. So competent. We sometimes try to analyze why some businesses are so pleasant and trust-worthy, while others just make you wish you had more choices. You seem to do so many things right. Keep up the good work. And a special thanks to Tammy for suggesting the t-shirt idea so he leaves his incision alone. So far it has worked for us. We put the e collar on him once. It was traumatic. Oh goodness, he crashed into things and then panicked. I was afraid he would hurt himself. We could do some training if we HAD to use it, but the t-shirt was an excellent suggestion. Apparently he and Bruce wear the same size! (Nonetheless, we will be glad when the stitches come out and things get back to normal).
Jessica Huffman: I just wanted to say thank you so much for helping Shadow with her broken nail. She has been doing excellent. Most of all I want to say thank you for letting me help with everything. Shadow pees herself every time we come mostly because she is nervous and doesn't like to leave my site. This time they let her stay in the room with me the whole time to do everything that was needed to be done to her and let me help instead of another tech. Shadow does so much better that way and stresses out way less. Thank you so much for letting that happen. I drive all the way from Eureka just to come to this vet because I love it so much. I tried another vet out by where I live at and didn't like them so I make the haul out there to benefit me and my girls. Thank you again and have a great day!
Mary Koenig: As you already know, Roscoe is not an easy dog to care for. He has special needs that not every dog has. The Puppy Lodge (that’s what we call magical place) workers work their wonderful magic on Roscoe. I know he really enjoys being there, and he thinks this is truly his second home. You all welcome him like family and we appreciate that.I know Roscoe can’t wait for another vacation at the Puppy Lodge.
